The terms of our Privacy Policy shall govern any and all dealings between You (the Customer) and Us (Arctic Servers Ltd.). We agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy in order to ensure that you, as a buyer, can deal with us with confidence.

1. How We Use Your Data.

We reserve the right to use any of the information you give us in order to promote our products to you.

We will usually contact you by sending an email so that we can bring products and services to your attention that you may be interested in.

Under no circumstances will we send you junk email or spam.

If we send you a marketing email, you will be able to opt out of future marketing emails by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link within the email. It's not possible to unsubscribe from system/automated emails unless you ask us to delete your account (please refer to point 3 below for more information on account removals).

 

2. Third Party Involvement.

We will never divulge the personal information you provide us with to third parties, unless required to do so by the law of the United Kingdom or a court order made by the judiciary of England and Wales.

The information you provide us with will be used by us to keep in touch with you about our products and will never be given to any other individual, business or company.

We reserve the right to inform the appropriate department of any unlawful activites. In this situation, we will provide the department information regarding the actions linked to your unlawful usage and the appropriate service affected, but we will not provide the department with any of your personal details, unless we are required to do so by law or court order.

 

3. Retainment of Data.

The personal information you provide us with will be retained by us for as long as you are a customer.

If you decide that you no longer want your personal information to reside with us, please open a support ticket from your client account expressing your wish for us to delete your client account. Once your account is deleted, so is any of your information we hold. Please note that this action is irreversible.

 

4. Client Service Data.

We reserve the right to search or remove any data which you submit or upload to any of our services for the purpose of investigation or breaching our Terms of Service agreement.

Arctic Servers do NOT have jurisdiction over the data which is stored on your service rented from us until a breach of our Terms of Service is discovered or a formal investigation of your service is being conducted. At no point in time does Arctic Servers have the ability to make copies of your service data unless prior consent is given by the service owner. Exceptions in this policy are services with configured backup services.

 

5. Credit Card Details.

To protect your personal information as best we can, we do not store credit card details on our website. If you elect to pay by credit or debit card, you can be assured that we do not see or store any card details you enter.

 

6. Use of Cookies.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
